One town straight up Rt 140 and one of our busiest areas. The 1970s–90s colonial subdivisions are hitting replacement age, and the antique homes around Franklin Common keep our boiler work steady.
Milford, MA
Some of the oldest housing we serve: granite-era two-families with radiator heat and no ductwork. Boiler repair and ductless cooling, 12 to 18 minutes along Rt 140.
Medway, MA
