Our Story
Paul Hannon founded Hannon Heating & Air Conditioning in Bellingham, MA in 2014. He has worked on heating and cooling systems for more than 30 years, gas and oil both, and oil heat is still a specialty here: we're Roth certified for double-wall oil tank installs, and fewer local companies still work on oil.
The company is owner-operated, which means Paul is on the job. When you call, you reach Paul or someone who knows your system, and you get a quote before any work begins. Our vans are stocked with the parts that fail most, so most repairs finish in one visit.
We're based in Bellingham and work across MetroWest and the Blackstone Valley: Franklin, Milford, Medway, Mendon, and the towns around them. We're EPA Section 608 certified and an ACCA member, and veterans, seniors, and first responders get a discount.

Certifications & Credentials
Two credentials matter for this work. EPA Section 608 certification covers refrigerant handling on AC and heat pump jobs, and ACCA membership sets the standards we follow for sizing and installation.
EPA Section 608 Certified
EPA Section 608 certification is required for any technician who handles refrigerants. We follow the federal rules for handling, recovering, and disposing of refrigerant on every AC, heat pump, and mini-split job.
ACCA Member
The Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) is the trade association for HVAC contractors. As members we follow its standards for system design, installation, and service, including Manual J load calculations for equipment sizing.
