Do you handle both heating and cooling, or do I need two companies?
One company, both seasons. We repair and install heating and cooling alike (furnaces, boilers, oil burners, central AC, ductless, heat pumps), so the person who tuned your furnace in October is the same one you call when the AC quits in July. Gas and oil both, which fewer local companies can say.
Do you service equipment you didn't install?
Yes, all brands, and it's most of what we do. A first visit starts with a diagnosis: we look the system over, tell you plainly what's wrong and what it needs, and quote the work before anything gets touched. No history with us required.
Do you work on oil heat, or just gas?
Both, and oil is a specialty here. Paul has tuned oil burners for more than 30 years, and we're Roth certified for double-wall oil tank installs. Oil burner cleanings, oil tank replacement and removal, oil boiler and furnace work, and oil-to-gas conversions are all on this page.
What if the heat or the AC quits outside business hours?
Emergency service is available. Call (508) 282-1000: we pick up when we can, and if we miss you we call right back. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm.
